For the last 25 years, whenever I have needed any service for my garage doors (I have 3), I have called Quality! They have replaced doors, replaced springs and fixed coils. They come within 24 hrs , are professional and friendly AND their repairs services are very affordable! You can go wrong if you're in need of " anything garage".
Overhead Quality Doors provided exceptional service to me at a time of need. In fact, they tended to my problem in less than 24 hours and their rate was very reasonable!
Have had 2 very good experiences with Quality Overhead Door - Toledo. They have provided same day service in both instances, and the service technicians were extremely courteous and helpful explaining exactly what the issues were.
Called to have garage door springs replaced. Customer Service was excellent from scheduling to having the technician come out the following day.

Excellent from this company from beginning to end. Had John as the repairman, was thorough and professional, highly recommend them.
Called them Sunday morning because my garage wouldn't open. The springs and cables were shot. They came out within an hour and got us fixed up. It was $125 more for a Sunday call, but well worth it.
I called one morning at 8 the receptionist said she would give my info to a scheduled. Scheduled called me back within 10 minutes and said someone would be out mid morning. The opener only needed adjusting, he did that lubed that door plus our 2 garages. I couldn't ask for better service.
We needed a repair on our garage door. I called Quality overhead. They were very professional and were able to schedule me between 12-4 the same day. They let me know the service call fee as well. They came out, checked out the door and got to work.
When the repair was finished, the bill was a very reasonable price. It was the service fee + $30 for parts. I was expecting a much higher bill. I will definitely use them in the future.

BETTER option than buying an installing a garage door on my own! Several hundred dollars less than other vendor I reached out to.
