Phone answered - by a live person - concern expressed, same day service by a helpful skilled technician, problem solved. SOLVED. SAME. DAY. After, by the way, I foolishly called a different company that provided the oppoisite experience. Silly me.

Quality overhead door is an honest company. I had different company come out to fix a torsion spring and they essentially said the every on my garage door was broken and quoted me at a price that was more than the cost of a new door. I called quality overhead door afterward. The technician gave me an honest update and essentially everything was fine except for the torsion spring. He quoted me at a price more than 2,000 dollars cheaper than the previous company (no, thats not a typo) and had it fixed in a half hour. It's nice to know there are still honest people in the world.
No delay noted in setting up appt. Tech was prompt in figuring out how to resolve the problem and provided good service to finish the job. Thank you.
